At Coastal Insurance Solutions, the customer comes first; we respect you as our client and believe that you are our 1st priority. It is not about selling you the most expensive insurance policy or the policy that pays us the most commission. It is about helping people when there is an opportunity to do so.

We are always accessible, whether we are helping you select a policy that fits your needs or at the time of a loss. You will always receive prompt, courteous and competent service at CIS. When and if there is ever an issue or a mistake regarding your policy, we will make the appropriate corrections as quickly and efficiently as possible.

It is quite simple, the customer is our livelihood, the client can make or break any size business and many companies seem to forget that. Often times the customer is taken for granted or often times seen as an annoyance to the account managers, not at CIS.
